Not ready for an intensive? That’s okay. Our 50–60 minute sessions still give you a safe, supportive space to talk things through, gain clarity, and take small steps forward. These first steps can be scary.
These sessions aren’t about surface-level conversation. I’m here to help you shift, which means I’ll ask the questions that matter and encourage you to go deeper — even when it’s uncomfortable.
While these sessions are helpful, they’re often just the beginning. Many clients start here and later choose an intensive therapy experience once they’re ready to go deeper and create faster, lasting change.
