🧠 How Intensives Work

Your intensive is customized to you. We’ll use powerful, evidence-based therapies like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) — along with CBT, talk therapy, and other tools — to help you process, heal, and move forward.

You’ll stay grounded and safe throughout.
A common fear is that trauma work means “reliving” painful experiences. With EMDR and ART, you’ll keep one foot in the present while gently reprocessing the past — without being overwhelmed.

Set in 5-hour blocks, these sessions are structured, intentional, and surprisingly energizing. Most clients are shocked at how fast the time flies because we’re deeply engaged in the work (and yes, we take breaks so your brain doesn’t turn to mush).

  • Multi-Day Intensives – deeper work spread across 2–3 sessions in one week or over multiple weeks
