Rediscover Your True self
Through Transformative Therapy
If…
You’re not sure who you are anymore or where you belong, it might be time for counselling.
You no longer feel a sense of joy or fulfillment; You are just not happy on the inside despite your outward appearance, it might be time to talk to someone about this.
You no longer want to spend time with family or friends; You know your relationships are suffering, but really don’t have the energy for them, therapy might just be what helps you stop the struggle.
You are just so tired ALL the time no matter how much you sleep, seeking support might be helpful.
Even though you are tired, you don’t sleep well at night; your mind can’t stop racing about what you could have or should have said or done in past situations and all the things you should do but can’t because you have no emotional or physical energy, you might need the support of a counsellor.
You are plagued with nightmares and flashbacks, processing what is causing this just might help you sleep better.
You are jumpy and triggered all the time; Your concentration levels are at an all time low, it might be time to take the next step.
If any of this sounds familiar, it’s time to take control of your life and get the help you deserve. Call or send a message today to get your life back on track!
We all need someone to talk to.
About Me
Hi, I’m Leanne — and I help women find their way back to themselves.
One of the greatest challenges that all humans face in my opinion is the struggle to reconcile our inner thoughts with the strength that lies within us. In fact, did you know that the average person has many more negative thoughts a day than positive ones? These thoughts can come from traumatic experiences, lack of connection to those around us, and some even appear to arise out of the blue. This can cause us to struggle, leaving us feeling anxious and depressed. These thoughts can even change the way we view ourselves. Learning to manage the feelings that surround their presence is, in my opinion, one of the great lessons we can learn in life.
I’m a registered social worker with a master’s degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, and I specialize in helping women move through anxiety, trauma, burnout, and big life transitions with clarity and confidence.
I focus primarily on intensive therapy sessions — powerful, extended sessions using EMDR, ART, and talk therapy to help you heal faster and feel like yourself again. I still offer traditional one-hour sessions, but I’ve seen firsthand how intensives can create lasting change in a shorter time.
If you’re ready to do the work, I’d be honored to walk with you.
Leanne
